COVID-19 Update

Connecticut Divorce and Family law, and the rules of practice pertaining to Divorce, Custody, and other forms of Family Law practice are ever-changing, but never more so than in 2020. Many of the changes reflect the State of Connecticut’s Judicial Department's response to COVID-19 attempting to make it safer for litigants and their attorneys to practice in Connecticut State court houses (which have been closed for most of 2020 and are reopening slowly, for emergency purposes and high priority cases only).

For more information regarding these measures.

The significant portion of these changes require attorneys and their clients to use technology and attend court through virtual or remote video hearings due to limited court openings and closures.

You can remain confident that the Law Offices of Karen Reynolds, LLC remains ready to assist and advise you through these changing times.
